Business Closure Period
Please note that our office will be closed from Monday 23 December 2019 and will reopen on Monday 6 January 2020. We look forward to working with you again in the new year!
Please see below for more information about your energy contract during this closure period.
For energy related enquiries during this period, please contact your awarded retailer and copy email@example.com and your Relationship Manager into the message. Retailers will be operating on business days over the Christmas period but at lower staffing levels, so please expect some delays.
Current Energy Contract Process
Members with a 1 January 2020 start date, the contracting process is in hand. For any unreceived contracts, please monitor your emails to sign & return contracts to the issuing retailer without delay. Please remember to copy firstname.lastname@example.org and your Relationship Manager into the message.
For members with a 1 July 2020 start date, members can expect retail contracts at any time from this point on and these may be received over the Christmas period. We would request that these contracts are signed as soon as possible when you return to work.
