Procurement Australia cases have declined Year on Year by 24%.
Annual Case Resolution times have improved Year on Year also. This is a significant achievement driven by a dedicated team effort towards understanding the issue at hand and resolving it in a timely manner.
Monthly Case Resolution times show a continuous improvement trend Year on Year over a 12-month period showing improvement is not seasonal but sustainable.
Connections / Disconnections, Billing, Metering and Data were the 3 categories with highest number of cases recorded in both FY16 and FY17.
Completion of a connection/disconnection could vary between 20-60 days depending on the fuel and type of request.
These timeframes include work to be actioned by the distribution company.
